Patrick Drysdale

Patrick Drysdale is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Markets, International, and Payment Operations at BNZ since July 2014. In this leadership role, Patrick has been instrumental in shaping the Operations strategy, navigating challenges during the Covid pandemic, and enhancing process improvement through automation. Prior to this, Patrick held various roles at BNZ, including Team Leader for Payments Investigations and Support, where responsibilities included managing international payment investigations and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Patrick's previous experience also spans positions at IAG, Starline Distributors, Mama Mio Ltd, Placemakers, and ACC New Zealand, showcasing a robust background in customer service, claims management, and operations coordination. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Studies from the University of Otago and has built a reputation for fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving team performance.
