Payal Mudaliar

Payal Mudaliar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Payal began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Officer at NZ Transport Agency. In 2012, they joined Bank of New Zealand as a Retention Banking Advisor, where they worked until 2015. Payal then worked as a Credit Assessor from 2015 to 2018, followed by a role as a Lean Process Designer in 2018. Payal served as a Squad Lead for the Customer Lending Journey and later, as a Product Owner from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Proposition Delivery Lead at Bank of New Zealand since September 2020.
