David Lin

David Lin has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR and talent management roles. David is currently a Vice President at Bank of Singapore, where they lead recruitment and talent management strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Illumina, where they developed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and managed the hiring process. David also served as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at Zig - Anywhere can happen and as a Senior Manager of Group HR at ComfortDelGro. In addition, David held managerial positions at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd and worked as an Assistant Manager and Senior Officer at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research.

David Lin has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology from Duke University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. David also completed their GCE 'A' Levels at Raffles Institution from 2000 to 2001 and their GCE 'O' Levels from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Employee Experience, Managing High Potentials, and a SMU HR Graduate Certification.
