Desiree S. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Desiree started their career as a Graphic Designer at JCDecaux, where they collaborated with the sales and marketing team to design print and digital materials for clients. Desiree then worked as a Graphic Designer at River Design, where they worked directly with clients, creating brand concepts, newsletters, illustrations, and packaging.

Desiree then joined Verita Healthcare Group Pte. Ltd. as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant, responsible for maintaining the brand identity and designing marketing collateral. Desiree also worked at Argentum Group as a Graphic Designer, creating F&B design materials such as menus, posters, and social media content.

Desiree's experience in the F&B industry continued at Refinery Concepts Pte Ltd, where they worked as a Graphic Designer, creating memorable dining experiences through collateral design. Desiree then transitioned to Gramercy Music as a Creative Supervisor, managing graphic design interns and overseeing print and digital design projects.

Desiree gained experience in the field of UI/UX design at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant and UI/UX Designer. Desiree'srole involved designing user interfaces and experiences for various projects.

Desiree'scareer took a pivotal turn when they joined Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate and Lead Experience Designer. Here, they led product design for multiple wealth management projects, including the development of a private banking front office portal.

Currently, Desiree is with Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank. Desiree started as an Associate Director, leading the design of new digital banking experiences for the bank's staff and private clients. Desiree has since been promoted to the role of Director, Product Design Lead, where they oversee the end-to-end journey experiences for the bank's internal platforms, working with a team of product designers.

Throughout their career, Desiree has demonstrated expertise in design, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Desiree has a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that align with both business and user needs.

Desiree S. pursued their education at Monash University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Digital Arts. Prior to that, they attended Monash College in 2007 and 2008, earning a Diploma of Art and Design with a focus on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in Design Thinking, User Experience Design, UX Leadership, Engaging Stakeholders, ScrumMaster, and Interaction Design from institutions such as LUMA Institute, General Assembly, Nielsen Norman Group, and Scrum Alliance. Desiree also holds certifications in Advanced Open Water Diver and Open Water Diver from PADI. In 2006, they achieved a Grade 8 Piano certification from ABRSM.
