Carl Nuyda has a diverse and extensive background in operational risk and compliance, currently serving as Group Head of Operational Risk at BSP Financial Group Limited since September 2009 and also holding the title of Head of Group Operational Risk & Compliance. Prior experience includes leadership roles in operational risk at Rabobank and BNP Paribas Securities Services, as well as managerial positions focused on risk and projects at Perpetual Limited and internal audit at Permanent Trustee Limited. Carl began career at Cumberland Newspaper Group as a Project Manager/Financial Systems Analyst and worked briefly as an IT Auditor at Deloitte. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from 2022 to 2025.
