Maria Virginia Eala

Maria Virginia Eala has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria Virginia worked at CEMEX from 2000 to 2019, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2019, they joined the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) as a Vice President. Maria Virginia eventually became the Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2020.

Maria Virginia Eala completed their Master's degree in Law from the University of Michigan in 1996.
