Moses Joshua Mugabi Ngero

Moses Joshua Mugabi Ngero is an experienced banking professional currently serving as a Banking Officer II in Strategy and Innovation at the Bank of Uganda since December 2024. Previously, Moses worked as an Associate at BDO in East Africa, conducting audits and providing risk assessment and advisory services. A background in research includes a tenure as a Research Assistant at the Policy Analysis and Development Research Institute, and participation in the CFA Research Challenge, where Moses authored an Equity Research report for Stanbic Bank Uganda. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the Honours College at Uganda Christian University and managing musical instruments for the UCU Chapel Choir Ministries. Moses has a strong educational foundation, holding a postgraduate diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics from Uganda Christian University.
