Olaf Ten Duis

Olaf ten Duis is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Lead Embedded Lending at Rabobank, Olaf is a member of the management team for New Horizons, focusing on Embedded Finance. As the Owner and Co-Founder of Du Loua GmbH, Olaf leads a sustainable children's footwear brand. Previous roles include Senior Manager at E.ON Innovation, where Olaf identified growth opportunities and led innovation projects, as well as VC-Investor at innogy Innovation Hub, managing PropTech investments. Additional experience includes mentoring PropTech startups at Techstars and project management roles at Alliander. Olaf holds an MSc in Finance & Investments and an MBA from notable institutions.
