Ben Aldridge started their career in 2000 as a Financial Management Trainee at SouthTrust Bank. Ben later worked as a Financial Analyst and Officer at the same bank. In 2003, they joined BBVA Compass as a Corporate Banking Officer. During their time there, they worked in the Corporate Banking Division as an Assistant Relationship Manager. In 2004, they joined Trustmark Bank as a Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasury Services Sales, and Municipal Banking Manager. Ben was responsible for managing and generating revenue for a team of 10 bankers. Ben also maintained and developed a large asset and liability portfolio of governmental loans and deposits. In 2018, they became the President - Hinds County at Trustmark Bank. In 2019, Ben Aldridge started working at Bank of Yazoo, first as the Chief Operating Officer and Metro President, and is currently serving as the President and CEO.

Ben Aldridge attended Mississippi State University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a focus on Accounting. Ben then pursued further education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General. In 2008 to 2010, Ben Aldridge attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, although their degree name and field of study during this time are unknown.
