Nsumbu Chishimba

Nsumbu Chishimba is an experienced financial professional currently serving as an Examiner in Consumer Compliance and Market Monitoring at the Bank of Zambia since December 2021. Responsibilities include investigating consumer complaints, assessing trading practices, and monitoring unfair business conduct in the financial sector. Previously, Nsumbu held the position of Assistant Manager in Payment Systems Oversight at the Bank of Zambia, where comprehensive assessments of financial market infrastructures were conducted. Nsumbu also worked as an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit at LOLC Finance Zambia, focusing on the development and management of risk frameworks, and served as a Senior Associate at PwC, where roles included assessing team capabilities and executing audits. Nsumbu holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The Copperbelt University and a CA Application Advanced Diploma in Accounting from ZICA.
