Siphiwe Namposya Mwaba

Siphiwe Namposya Mwaba is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Shared Services and Employee Relations at the Bank of Zambia since May 2018, Siphiwe has previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Parmalat Zambia Limited and Barloworld Logistics Zambia, as well as Human Resources Manager at FLSmidth Zambia Ltd. and Senior Human Resources Officer at Konkola Copper Mines plc. Expertise encompasses HR generalist functions such as talent management, recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations, along with a strong focus on employment equity and adherence to HR policies. Siphiwe holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Zambia.
