James Linker

James Linker has extensive experience in telecommunications, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Telecom Systems Administrator at Bank OZK since March 2018, James has been integral in daily telecom operations and the Avaya to Cisco migration. Previously, James held the position of Telecom Support Analyst II at Southwestern Energy from January 2011 to March 2016, focusing on Mobile and VoIP telecommunications and administering Cisco CUCM, Unity, and UCCX systems. James also worked as a Telecom Manager at Nabholz Construction from February 2003 to January 2011, overseeing the maintenance of various telephone systems and initiating the Cisco CUCM migration. James's career began at AT&T, where from May 1995 to February 2003, responsibilities included building customer databases for telephony systems and fostering customer relations. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, and the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton.
