Jeannie Billingsley

Jeannie Billingsley is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank OZK since January 2018, after holding various senior leadership positions within the organization, including SVP, Director of Talent Management, and SVP, Director of Workforce Services and Support. Prior to her tenure at Bank OZK, Jeannie managed the HR department at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP as Director of Human Resources from April 2013 to January 2018 and held a human resources management role at Arkansas Heart Hospital from July 2011 to April 2013. Earlier in her career, Jeannie served as Area Director in the Child Welfare Division of the Arkansas Department of Human Services from November 2009 to July 2011, and also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Alltel Information Services from August 1990 to May 2002. Jeannie completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rhodes College and earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Additionally, Jeannie has academic experience from St. John's College at Oxford University.
