Adrian Gwoździej

Adrian Gwoździej is a Senior Data Scientist at Bank Pekao S.A. since May 2023 and serves as a Co-Founder and Machine Learning Engineer at SpeakLeash.org, focusing on developing a comprehensive Polish language corpus for AI applications. Previously, Adrian held the position of Head of AI at BTC from June 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included recruiting machine learning engineers, overseeing AI research, leading teams, creating educational content, and delivering conference presentations. Adrian's technical expertise encompasses machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and cybersecurity applications. Education includes a Master of Science in Automation and Robotics from West Pomeranian University of Technology and Università di Pavia, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and IT Applications from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, alongside an additional Bachelor's degree in Automation and Robotics from West Pomeranian University of Technology.
