Bartłomiej Wegner

Bartłomiej Wegner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation projects and technology consulting. Currently serving as Director of the Office of Transformation Projects and Programs at Bank Pekao since February 2021, Wegner also holds the position of CEO at IT Predict, which focuses on developing innovative solutions utilizing advanced IT technologies. Previously, Wegner was Vice President at the Agricultural Market Agency, overseeing the IT merger of two major agencies in Poland. Experience at PwC involved leading projects in financial crime management for global financial institutions, while prior roles at Deloitte and Accenture included designing change management processes and implementing core banking systems. Wegner's educational background includes a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Poznan University of Technology and a study exchange at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
