Dominik Banasiak

Dominik Banasiak serves as the FX Platforms Team Lead at Bank Pekao S.A., where responsibilities include leading a team of experts in maintaining and evolving the bank’s core currency-trading solutions. With a strategic Product Owner mindset, Dominik has successfully implemented foreign-exchange platforms and pricing engines during tenure in the Financial Markets Department. Previous experience includes roles as Treasury Sales Manager/Product Owner at Idea Bank S.A. and Team Leader at Alior Bank S.A., alongside a strong foundation in corporate finance and sales management. Dominik holds multiple postgraduate degrees and a PhD in Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with ongoing studies in User Experience Design and IT resource management.
