Ewa Kijewska

Ewa Kijewska is a skilled professional with extensive experience in risk management and capital adequacy, currently serving as Team Leader at Bank Pekao S.A. since February 2015, leading both the Capital Adequacy and Risk Integration Office and the ALM Risk Office. Prior to this role, Ewa worked as Chief Specialist in the ALM Risk Office and at mBank S.A. as Chief Specialist in the Financial Markets Risk Department. Ewa began a career in risk analysis at BRE BANK SA, with responsibilities including the development of derivatives pricing methods, market risk measurement, and stress test methodologies.
