Joanna Bolechowska

Joanna Bolechowska has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design. Joanna started their career as a UX intern at Usability LAB in 2014, followed by a role as a Junior UX Designer at the same company in 2016. In 2017, they joined Symetria as a Junior UX Specialist. In 2018, they moved to Filmweb and worked as a UX Designer until 2020. Since 2020, Joanna has been working at Bank Pekao S.A., where they started as a Senior UX Designer and later transitioned to the role of a UX Lead. At Bank Pekao S.A., Joanna played a key role in improving the bank's app, which resulted in a significant improvement in its ranking.

Joanna Bolechowska completed their Magister degree in Business Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2013 to 2016. Joanna also participated in an Erasmus student exchange program at the University of Vienna, studying Psychology in German. Additionally, Joanna studied Psychology at the University of Wroclaw. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Product Discovery Practitioner Certificate from ProductDiscovery.pro in 2021 and completed the UX-PM Level 1 certification at Symetria in 2018. Joanna also holds a DSD 2 certification from Geothe Institute.
