Magdalena Wymyslowska, MBA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in international transactions, structured finance, and project finance. Currently serving as Director and Head of International Transactions at Bank Pekao since March 2018, Magdalena has held key positions in various financial institutions, including KUKE, DNB Bank Polska, Crido Taxand, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, and PKO BP SA, with responsibilities encompassing transaction management, negotiation, and structuring in both public and private sectors.
