Marcin Galas

Marcin Galas has a diverse work experience across various companies. Marcin started their career as an intern at BRE Bank in 2008 and 2009, working in the Financial Markets and Financial Risk departments respectively. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at PwC Polska, initially as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate. Marcin then joined Deloitte Poland in 2014, where they held roles as a Senior Consultant and later as a Manager until 2019. In 2019, Galas joined Bank Pekao as the Director of Transformation Programs for the Risk area before progressing to the role of Director of Transformation Programs for Risk and Finance Areas in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Head of Data Management (Architecture & Governance) at Bank Pekao.

Marcin Galas received their Bachelor's degree in a Double Degree Program in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Warsaw, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics at XIV LO im. Stanisława Staszica w Warszawie from 2002 to 2005. Marcin then went on to further their education at the University of Warsaw and obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics from 2008 to 2011.
