Carang Thombara

Carang Thombara serves as Senior Vice President of HR Strategy & Policy at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since October 2003, overseeing various aspects of human capital strategy including planning, performance management, and analytics, while managing a substantial HR budget exceeding IDR 30 trillion. In previous roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, responsibilities encompassed bank-wide HR policies and workforce planning, demonstrating a progressive career in HR management. Additionally, Carang holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Dana Pensiun Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Educational qualifications include an MM in Financial Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the same institution, complemented by studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and NUS Business School.
