Andre Setiawan

Andre Setiawan has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on risk management, credit policy, and audit. Andre started their career at Astra Credit Companies as an AM - Risk Policy Analyst, where they were responsible for policy implementation and analysis. Andre then moved to Bank Danamon Indonesia, where they held various roles in the retail credit audit department, including SAVP - Retail Credit Audit Head and AVP - Retail Credit Audit Team Leader. After that, they joined Bank Danamon Indonesia - Self Employed Mass Market / Danamon Simpan Pinjam as AVP - Credit Policy and Procedure Manager. Currently, Andre is working at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna as SVP - Enterprise Risk, Analytic, & Control Division Head. Prior to this, they held positions as SVP - Credit Legal & Collateral Management Division Head and VP - Credit Policy and Infrastructure Head at the same company. Their responsibilities in these roles included overseeing credit administration, collateral management, legal compliance, and credit policy development.

Andre Setiawan completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance Management at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan from 1998 to 2002. Andre then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at Monash University from 2004 to 2005. Andre also obtained several certifications in Risk Management, including Risk Management Level 1 and Level 3 from BSMR and LSPP respectively, and Risk Management Level 2 from LSPP.
