Rudy Wardhany Sitanggang

Rudy Wardhany Sitanggang has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Rudy began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2005. Rudy then worked as a Software Developer at PT eTrading Securities in 2006 and PT Inti Kanzen Motor in 2007.

In 2010, Rudy joined WOM Finance, where they held multiple roles, including System Analyst, Business Analyst, Head of IT QA Department, Head of IT Core System Department, and Head of IT Solution. Rudy worked at WOM Finance until September 2021.

After that, Rudy joined PT Bank BTPN Tbk in September 2021 as an IT Lending Digital Product and Service Lead. Rudy worked there until August 2023.

Currently, Rudy is the Head of IT Service Delivery at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, a position they have held since August 2023.

Rudy Wardhany Sitanggang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Rudy has obtained various certifications such as Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Agile Requirements Foundations, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Dan Ariely on Making Decisions, Digital Transformation, High-Stakes Communication, and How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps. Rudy also holds certifications in Risk Management Level 1, Basic Financing - Managerial, and ITIL® 2011 Foundation.
