Dwi Ananta Wicaksono

Dwi Ananta Wicaksono has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in different companies. Dwi Ananta started their career at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk in 2000 as the Head of Personnel Department. After working there for three years, they moved on to PT. Berdikari Cita Sejahtera where they served as the HR & GA Manager for a year. In 2007, they joined Bank ICB Bumiputera as the Head of HR Operation Department and later took on the role of HR-RM Microbanking & Business Service. In 2012, they joined Bank SBI Indonesia as the Head of Human Resource Division, where they provided HR consultancy and worked closely with senior stakeholders to execute business strategies.

Dwi Ananta Wicaksono completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, graduating in 1999.
