Ferdis Himawan

Ferdis Himawan is an accomplished professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the banking and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Head at PT Bank BTPN Tbk since September 2021, Ferdis previously held leadership roles in learning programs at PermataBank and served as VP of HR at PT Bank UOB Indonesia. With a strong background in human resources and organizational capability development, Ferdis has also managed training and development initiatives at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT AXA Services Indonesia, where key contributions included the establishment of AXA Academy. Ferdis has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from PPM School Of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Processing Technology from IPB University.
