Liana Oktiviana

Liana Oktiviana currently serves in IS & Technology Risk Management at PT Bank BTPN Tbk, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Liana held the role of Governance Process & Service Management Manager and Service Performance Management at PT Alto Network from June 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior IT Specialist at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining IT Service Management processes and systems, as well as creating knowledge management initiatives. Early career experiences also include roles as an HRIS Implementation Consultant Sr at PT Indodev Niaga Internet and a Junior Web Developer at PT Infomedia Nusantara. Liana holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from BINUS University.
