Inez Wondeh

Inez Wondeh is the current Director at Westamerica Bank. Inez has over 10 years of experience in Business Operations and Management. Prior to their current position, they were the VP of Operations at Golden Gate Urology from July 2011 to May 2015. Her responsibilities included leading the strategic and tactical directions of the company, as well as overseeing the Practice Management, Contracting, Compliance, Physician Recruitment, Employee Relations, Marketing, Community Engagement/Advocacy, and Corporate Governance.

Before Golden Gate Urology, Inez was the Business Operations Director at Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat Surgical & Medical Group from December 2008 to August 2011. As Business Director, they were responsible for the daily operations of seven medical clinics/offices, Insurance contract negotiation, patient satisfaction, staff and physician communications, and monitored compliance. Inez also assisted the CEO with leading new business development opportunities while assessing other ways of increasing reimbursements.
