Ilkin Aliyev

Ilkin Aliyev is an experienced engineering manager and tech lead currently working at Uzum since November 2023, focusing on the Sellers Experience Tribe, where significant contributions include architecting products and enhancing query performance. Aliyev has also served as a backend engineering manager at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) since February 2023 and previously held the same role at Azerconnect LLC, leading teams of engineers and driving digital transformation in the telco sector. In addition to managerial roles, Aliyev has been involved in education as an instructor for microservice development and Java, mentoring students and professionals across various organizations. With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baku State University, Aliyev possesses a robust background in software engineering and project development across multiple industries.
