Orkhan Hajiyev

Orkhan Hajiyev is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and data management, currently serving as the Head of Data Analysis and Risk Infrastructure Development Group at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) since November 2018. Responsibilities include analyzing credit requests to adjust lending criteria, calculating the Cost of Risk, and preparing forecasts of the loan portfolio. Previous roles include Chief Risk Specialist and Leading Specialist at Granit, where expertise was developed in risk management, as well as positions at KPMG Azerbaijan and AGBank OJSC focusing on auditing and credit analysis. Orkhan holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
