Rustam Mammadov

Rustam Mammadov has extensive experience in the banking and technical support sectors, with a current position as the Head of Digital Banking Support Department and Head of IT Infrastructure Division at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) since December 2021. Prior to this, Rustam Mammadov held various roles at Bank of Baku OJSC from April 2012 to December 2021, progressing from Expert of Support Department to Head of Systems Management Division. Earlier professional experience includes positions in technical support at Samsung MMC, Azerbaijan Geology Institute, and MediaGraph MMC. Rustam Mammadov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies/The Caucasus from Baku State University between 2006 and 2010.
