Alexander Rohrbach

Alexander Rohrbach has been with Bank WIR since July 2016, currently serving as Leiter Banking Operations and a member of the executive board, where leadership includes direct oversight of four executives and indirect management of approximately 50 employees. Additionally, Alexander participates in the bank's strategic committee, focusing on the advancement of the WIR world. Prior roles at Bank WIR include Leiter Front Support and Teamleiter Zahlungsverkehr, involving leadership and strategic development initiatives. Previously, Alexander accrued extensive experience at UBS AG from September 2004 to November 2015, holding various roles including Associate Director. Alexander holds multiple advanced certificates in leadership and digital banking, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration obtained from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
