Jacob John

Jacob John currently serves as the Lead Business IT Operations and Cloud at Bankai Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob held positions in Business IT Operations at Panamax Inc. from January 2017 to November 2023 and worked as a System Administrator at CSG from June 2016 to January 2017. Educationally, Jacob obtained a Master of Technology (M-Tech) in IT-IMS and a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in IT-IMS, both in Computer Science from Ganpat University, completing the M-Tech in 2016 and the B-Tech in 2014.
