Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic personal care products. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
