Sacbé Ibarra began their career in 2015 as an HR Intern at Procter & Gamble. Sacbé also worked as a Servicio Social - Becario at Bolsa Universitaria de Trabajo UNAM in 2015. In the same year, they joined Bright Inc as an Energy Consultant (Sales), and was promoted to Inside Sales and Training Manager. Sacbé was then promoted to Regional Expansion Manager, where they were in charge of leading the expansion of Bright to other cities in Mexico. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of Sales at Bright Inc and in 2022 they joined Bankaya as Head of Customer Experience, where they are responsible for creating the NPS strategy and feedback loop. Additionally, they are Gerente Nacional de Red de aliados.
Sacbé Ibarra attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2011 to 2016, studying Psicología. In 2014, Sacbé Ibarra was an Exchange Student at the Université de Montréal, also studying Psicología. Sacbé Ibarra has also obtained two certifications: the DELF B2 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP) and the TOEFL ibt (103) from ETS Global B.V.
