Andy Hoffman

Andy Hoffman has a strong background in banking and payments, with over 20 years of experience. Andy started their career at Valley Bancorporation in 1992, working in corporate services. Andy then joined M&I Bank as a Treasury Management Services Representative before moving to Associated Bank in 1996. At Associated Bank, they held various roles including Float Analyst, Treasury Management Services Supervisor, AVP Reconciliation and Control Supervisor, and AVP Operations Unit Manager. In 2014, they joined Bankers' Bank as the Payment Systems Manager, overseeing the growth in Image Cash Letter Customers and volumes. Currently, they serve as the VP/ICL Manager, managing the division's budgeting and performance reporting, and is also a member of the Bank's Faster Payments Strategic Solutions Group. Andy continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Payments & Cash Management at Bankers' Bank.

Andy Hoffman attended St. Mary Central High School from 1984 to 1988. Andy then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Carroll University, graduating in 1992.
