Yohama "Joey" Guarino has held various key roles in the legal and human resources departments of multiple companies, including MDT Holdings, MDT Personnel, Professional Staffing, ABTS d/b/a Able Body Labor and Affiliates, and Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC. Currently, at Bankers Financial Corporation, they serve as the Division General Counsel for Centricity and Associate General Counsel for the corporation and its affiliates, overseeing all legal matters and compliance to support organizational objectives.
