Shawn Culver, SPHR, sHRBP, SHRM-SCP, MCLD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and V.P. Compensation & Strategic Business Partner at Bankers Trust since May 2010. In this role, Shawn supports BTC Capital Management, Commercial Lending, and Wealth Management Business Partners while managing compensation and benefits for over 550 employees across 17 locations, overseeing performance reviews, payroll functions, and providing coaching and mentoring organization-wide. Prior experiences include serving as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Affiliates Management Company and HR Coordinator at Globe Machinery and Supply, as well as working in various credit roles at BP Amoco. Shawn holds a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources from Simpson College and completed the Ankeny Leadership Institute in 2016.
