Stephanie Dose worked at Bankers Trust from 2011 to present. Stephanie held various roles during their tenure, including VP of HR Business Partner, AVP of Human Resources Business Partner and Engagement Officer, Culture and Wellness Officer, and Training and Development Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Midwest Heritage Bank as a Bank Manager and Training Coordinator from 2009 to 2011.
Stephanie Dose, SHRM-SCP, has a strong education background in both leadership development and human development and family studies.
In 2002, Stephanie began their undergraduate studies at Iowa State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General. Stephanie successfully completed their studies in 2006.
Building upon their undergraduate education, Stephanie enrolled at Drake University in 2021. Stephanie is currently working towards a Masters of Science in Leadership Development, with an expected graduation date of 2024. Their focus in this program is on enhancing their skills and knowledge in the field of leadership development.
In addition to their formal education, Stephanie has also obtained various certifications related to their profession. In 2017, they earned the sHRBP - Strategic HRBP certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). The same year, they also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, further demonstrating their expertise in strategic human resource management.
