Wayne Middleton

Wayne Middleton has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Wayne began their career in 1998 as an Operations Manager at Sears & Roebuck, where they managed a large team and was responsible for customer care and technical support. In 2005, they worked as a Consultant at Robert Half Technologies. Wayne then joined Iowa Interactive, LLC in 2006, where they held various roles such as Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of projects for state agencies. In 2014, they became a Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, responsible for infrastructure projects. Most recently, they have been Vice President and Manager of the Project Management Office at Bankers Trust, where they oversee the execution of the company's strategy and ensures compliance with regulations.
