David Sicari

David Sicari currently serves as the SVP & Head of Learning and Development at First Abu Dhabi Bank since October 2023. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank from March 2015 to June 2022, including Global Head of People Capability for Transformation & Learning Redesign and Operations, Technology & Innovation. David's earlier experience spans over two decades at ANZ, where notable roles included Head of Learning & Development for Retail, Wealth & Private Bank across the Asia Pacific and Singapore. Additionally, David served as a board member at the Chartered Wealth Manager Institute and has a solid educational background with multiple degrees from Monash University, including a Master's in Education and Management.
