Emma Farnsworth, CPsychol, AFBPsS, CSci has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Emma is currently working as the Vice President of Talent Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), a role they started in 2022. Prior to that, Emma worked as an Advisor in Talent Management and Development for the Government Human Capital department at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Director of Organization Development, Talent Management, and Learning at IFFCO Group.

Emma's previous roles include Head of Talent Management and Assessment at Dubai Airports from 2017 to 2020, Group Talent Manager at Emirates from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Development Psychologist at Emirates from 2012 to 2015. Emma has also worked as the Talent and Organization Development Manager at Home Retail Group PLC from 2011 to 2012 and as the Assessment and Selection Manager at Everything Everywhere Ltd from 2009 to 2011.

Emma started their career as a Management Psychologist at RHR International from 2008 to 2009 and as a Business Psychologist at Blue Edge Consulting in 2007. Emma also gained experience as a Training and Account Manager at Mars Confectionery from 2001 to 2006.

Emma's expertise and experience in talent management, development, and organizational psychology make their a valuable asset in the field.

Emma Farnsworth, CPsychol, AFBPsS, CSci obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Brunel University London in 1997. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Psychology at the University of Surrey. Continuing their education, they completed another MSc, this time in Occupational Psychology, at the University of Hertfordshire in 2006. Recently, in 2020, they pursued coaching studies through the International Coach Federation.
