Aubrey Nicholson

Aubrey Nicholson started their work experience in 2002 as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they became a General Manager at Anytime Fitness for a brief period before joining Wells Fargo again in 2012. At Wells Fargo, they held various roles, including Recruiter, Staffing Operations Manager, and Recruiting Senior Consultant, gaining expertise in recruiting, staffing, leadership, and sourcing. Currently, they are working as the Lead Recruiter at Atlantic Union Bank since 2021.

Aubrey Nicholson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in July 2020.
