Hannah Smith

Hannah Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Hannah began their career at BT Wholesale, where they held multiple positions including Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Senior Bid Manager. Hannah then joined BT as the HR Transformation - Regional Manager for Europe, where they successfully led the deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM and other HR processes across 17 European countries. Hannah later joined KPMG UK as a Management Consultant, focusing on HR transformation. Hannah then moved on to HSBC as a Global HR Transformation Consultant. At Fidelity International, Hannah served as an Associate Director and later as a Director, specializing in talent development and global talent partnerships. Currently, they are the VP of Talent Management at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated expertise in talent management, HR transformation, and global talent partnerships.

Hannah Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Manchester. Hannah also completed their A Levels at Langley Grammar School. In addition, they obtained certifications in areas such as Data-Driven Decision-Making, Developing Executive Presence, Employee Experience, Human Resources, Strategic Workforce Planning, Upskilling and Reskilling Your Workforce, Data Visualization, Generative AI for Business Leaders, and a Certificate in Coaching from the Institute of Counselling in 2020.
