Narayanan Ganapathi

Narayanan Ganapathi has extensive experience in collections and project management within the banking sector, holding key positions at notable financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Secured Collections at First Abu Dhabi Bank since May 2019, Narayanan previously held roles at ADIB as Head of Project Management for Retail and Head of KBI Sales & Chief of Staff, along with Head Collections responsibilities. Prior experience includes leading collections at Barclays for both unsecured portfolios and retail credit, as well as significant roles with Dubai First P.J.S.C and Standard Chartered Bank, managing unsecured collections in Chennai and East India. Narayanan's career began at Citigroup, overseeing card collections in East India. Educational qualifications include an EPBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Com from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
