Sameer Gupta

Sameer Gupta is an accomplished banker currently serving as the Country Chief Operating Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, Sameer has expertise in Trade & Working Capital products and end-to-end Trade Operations, as well as a strong foundation in regulatory guidelines and risk management. Previously, Sameer held key positions at Bank of America, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and TCS e-Serve Ltd., where they managed large teams and led complex trade operations across multiple regions. Sameer earned a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and received education from prestigious institutions, including St. Xavier School and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
