Suhail Bintarraf

Suhail Bintarraf has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on operations and strategy. Suhail is currently the Group COO at FAB, and was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Islamic from January 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operations Officer at Tanfeeth from September 2011 to January 2017. As the CEO of Tanfeeth, Suhail was responsible for delivering the company's strategic plan and managing all of its operations to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Suhail is committed to ensuring that FAB is a values-based business that invests heavily in its people and operates with a 'Lean' culture to deliver efficiency and quality improvements.

Suhail Bintarraf has a GMP from Harvard Business School, a Finance For Executives degree from INSEAD, a Strategic Leadership Program diploma from Hult International Business School, and a Human Resource Executive Program degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Suhail also has a Diploma in Business Leaders from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from the International University in the United Arab Emirates. Finally, they have a Bachelor of Business in Management from the American University in Dubai.
