Leon Manning

Leon Manning has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades in the banking and financial services industry. Leon most recently worked as the SVP - Director of Marketing at BankFirst Financial Services since 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Data Management | VP - Marketing at Palmer Home for Children from 2013 to 2017.

Leon also has experience working at Cadence Bank, N.A., where they served as the Vice President - Cadence Consulting from 2011 to 2013. Leon also worked at First National Bank of Central Alabama as the SVP - Director of Marketing from 2008 to 2011.

Their earlier roles include being the SVP - Marketing Research and Development at Cadence Bank, N.A. from 1999 to 2008, and the Assistant Vice President - Comptroller at First State Bank from 1989 to 1994. Leon started their career as an Accounting Officer at First Alabama Bank in 1985.

Throughout their career, Leon has demonstrated expertise in marketing, strategic planning, business development, and financial management.

Leon Manning obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Banking from The University of Alabama between 1983 and 1985. In 2003 and 2004, they attended the ABA School of Bank Marketing in Boulder, CO, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
