Irina Azagra

Irina Azagra has extensive work experience in various roles related to project management and quality assurance. Irina started their career at TELECOM 1, Inc. in 1995, where they were responsible for managing projects and collaborating with users to define project objectives. Irina then worked at Codamation (Grupo Roggio) as an Analyst Functional, where they conducted user needs analysis and documented projects.

In 2009, Irina joined Atos Origin as a Testing Leader, responsible for analyzing project documentation, developing testing plans, and ensuring the fulfillment of project objectives. Irina continued in this role until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Irina worked at Algeiba as a Project Manager, leading project teams, conducting kick-off meetings, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

In 2015, Irina joined CDA Informática as a Project Manager and later as the Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring software development and maintenance activities. Irina also ensured the delivery of high-quality products to clients and defined plans, policies, and objectives for the department.

In 2018, Irina joined Atos as a PMO, where they were responsible for quality assurance in the FAN project of Telecom Personal. Irina led the testing team, defined test scope, applied metrics for tracking and decision-making, and resolved issues hindering testing progress. Irina continued in this role until 2021.

In 2021, Irina joined ROKO Labs as a QA Lead, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of assigned projects. Their responsibilities included designing test cases, executing tests, tracking bugs, defining test scope, applying metrics for tracking and decision-making, and resolving issues.

Currently, Irina is working at Bankingly as a QA Lead, a position they have held since 2022.

Irina Azagra's education history is as follows:

In 2014 to 2015, Irina Azagra completed a specialization in Conflict Resolution and Organizational Mediation from Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana.

In 2015, they completed a certification course in ITIL® Foundation V3 from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA.

In 2016, Irina attended a seminar on coaching and leadership at Instituto Superior de Aprendizaje Lomas de Zamora.

In 2017, they completed a course on Direct Leadership Skills from Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana.

In 2018, Irina earned a Professional ACTP degree in Coaching from IESERH.

From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Tecnicatura en Relaciones Laborales degree from Teclab Instituto Técnico Superior.

Regarding additional certifications, Irina obtained the PDC certification from Emovere | Coaching y Acción Efectiva in December 2018. Irina also holds the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance since November 2016, and the Scrum Fundamental Certified certification from the Project Management Institute since August 2014.
