Javier Fradiletti

Javier Fradiletti has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Software Developer/Analyst at CSI Ingenieros, where they developed a Java application for a Health Care organization. From 2002 to 2006, they were a QA Senior Analyst at Tecnolink S.A., where they designed and executed test plans and maintained the test and QA infrastructure. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Senior Solution Architect at Sabre Holdings CTO, providing network consulting for airline clients and making architecture and design recommendations for project solutions. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Technical Director at Globant, managing software development projects for several customers and accounts, providing presales technical support, consulting in agile methodologies, training and coaching, and recruitment. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Technical Director at Qoollet, a fintech startup, and VP Technology at Squadability Corp. From 2015 to 2016, they were an IT Manager MercadoLibre Uruguay at Mercado Libre, coaching and leading local and remote groups of developers and architects. From 2018 to 2021, they were CTO at Paigo and Chief Operations Officer and Chief Product Officer at Bankingly.

Javier Fradiletti obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de la República between 1996 and 2012.
