André Jones

André Jones is the SVP of Client Operations & Strategic Partnerships at Bankjoy. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Client Operations at Health Recovery Solutions from September 2020 to September 2021. From May 2019 to June 2020, they were the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Synthesio. André has also held the title of VP, Client Operations at Synthesio from July 2016 to May 2019 and Director of Client Services and Technical Support from July 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Application Support at Epiq Systems from May 2014 to July 2015.

After completing their undergraduate studies at the State University of New York College at Geneseo, André Jones pursued a Master’s Degree in Information Technology with a focus in IT Management Conc. at Southern New Hampshire University.
